Responsibilities

الخدمات المقدمة
إكس سايب تك تقدم خدمات الأمن السيبراني عن بُعد كما هو موضح في باقاتنا. الخدمات تُنفَّذ بشكل عملي مباشر (تنفيذ فقط) ولا تشمل التدريب أو الاستشارات إلا إذا تم الاتفاق على ذلك مسبقًا
مسؤوليات العميل
تقديم معلومات صحيحة ومحدثة عند الاشتراك في الخدمة •
استخدام خدمات إكس سايب تك لأغراض قانونية فقط •
الحفاظ على سرية أي بيانات دخول أو صلاحيات يتم منحها لك •
حماية البيانات
نحن نطبق أعلى معايير حماية البيانات كما هو موضح في سياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا. لا نقوم ببيع أو استغلال بيانات العملاء
حدود المسؤولية
على الرغم من أننا نستخدم أفضل الممارسات الأمنية، إلا أنه لا يمكن ضمان أمان مطلق بنسبة %100 •
لا تتحمل إكس سايب تك مسؤولية الخسائر الناتجة عن عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل اختراقات من طرف ثالث، أو سوء استخدام •
من العميل، أو ظروف قاهرة
في جميع الأحوال، تقتصر مسؤوليتنا على قيمة الباقة التي تم شراؤها فقط •
الدفع والاشتراكات
الرسوم تُدفع كما هو موضح عند الاشتراك في الباقة •
قد يتم تعليق الخدمة أو إنهاؤها في حال التأخر عن الدفع •
جميع الرسوم غير قابلة للاسترداد إلا إذا نص القانون على ذلك •
إنهاء الخدمة
يحق لأي طرف إنهاء الخدمة بإشعار كتابي وفقًا لشروط الباقة •
تحتفظ إكس سايب تك بحقها في تعليق أو إنهاء الخدمة في حال إساءة الاستخدام أو الأنشطة غير القانونية أو مخالفة هذه الشروط •
تعديل الشروط
قد نقوم بتحديث هذه الشروط والأحكام من وقت لآخر. النسخة الأحدث ستكون دائمًا متوفرة عبر موقعنا
القانون المطبق
تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين مملكة البحرين، مع التزام إكس سايب تك بالأنظمة والقوانين ذات الصلة بالأمن السيبراني وحماية البيانات في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي عند تقديم الخدمات. وتكون المحاكم البحرينية هي الجهة المختصة في حال حدوث أي نزاع
