خدمات المراقبة الآلية للبثوث المباشرة •جميع الخدمات تعتمد على التشغيل الآلي، ولا يتم تقديم أي استشارات أو تدريب أو تدخل بشري إلا إذا ذُكر ذلك صراحة⸻٢. التزامات المستخدم:يلتزم المستخدم بما يلي
تقديم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة لتمكيننا من تنفيذ الخدمة •
استخدام الخدمات لأغراض مشروعة فقط •

١. الشروط العامةتقدّم إكس سايب تيك خدمات أمن سيبراني ورقابة رقمية تُفعَّل مباشرة بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.
ونظرًا لأن هذه الخدمات رقمية وغير ملموسة ولا يمكن التراجع عنها، فإن المبالغ المدفوعة لا تُسترجع بعد تفعيل الخدمةبإتمام الدفع، فإنك تؤكد موافقتك على هذه السياسة⸻٢. حالات يمكن فيها استرجاع المبلغ:قد يتم استرجاع المبلغ فقط في الحالات التالية٢.١ خصم مكرّرإذا تم خصم المبلغ منك أكثر من مرة لنفس الخدمة بسبب خطأ تقني، يتم استرجاع المبالغ المكررة بالكامل٢.٢ فشل تفعيل الخدمةإذا تم الخصم بنجاح ولكن لم يتم تفعيل الخدمة بسبب مشكلة تقنية لدى النظام، يمكنك طلب استرجاع أو إعادة تفعيل الخدمة٢.٣ خطأ من الجهة المصرفية أو بوابة الدفعإذا أكّد البنك أو بوابة الدفع وجود خطأ في عملية الدفع، يتم استرجاع المبلغ بناءً على تأكيدهم الرسمي⸻٣. الحالات غير القابلة للاسترجاعلا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ في الحالات التالية:
بعد تفعيل الخدمة بشكل كامل •
عند إدخال معلومات خاطئة أثناء الدفع •
عند رغبتك في إيقاف الخدمة بعد تفعيلها •
عند تقديم تقارير أو إعدادات أو خدمات رقمية بالفعل •
في حال رفض البنك أو إلغاء العملية قبل الخصم (لن يتم الخصم أصلاً) •⸻٤. الاشتراكات الشهرية والإلغاء٤.١ التجديد التلقائيتتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا كل ٣٠ يومًا ما لم يتم إلغاؤها٤.٢ الإلغاء قبل موعد التجديديمكن إلغاء الاشتراك في أي وقت
وإذا تم الإلغاء قبل موعد الخصم القادم، فلن يتم تجديد الاشتراك للشهر التالي٤.٣ عدم استرجاع المدفوعات بعد التجديدإذا تم التجديد التلقائي قبل الإلغاء، فإن المبلغ المدفوع غير قابل للاسترجاع⸻٥. مدة معالجة الاسترجاععند الموافقة على طلب الاسترجاع:
